HITTING OUR SHORES

Our supplier has said the 20th of November will be the date we will receive delivery of our new Summer  Collection. We have been getting a heap of positive feed back from our accounts after showing them the new sample's range.
This is always nice!!

A few highlights from the day.

SPEC PACKS SENT

Well I have finally finished all the garment detail sheets for our Summer 11 range, and I have sent the Spec Packs to our factory in China.
Now we wait to see how the strike offs, Lab dips and fit sample's come back. Hopefully they are correct first go. If so we will place our order and hopefully have delivery of Summer around the end of November ....

You guys can look forward to 5 new T-shirts and 3 Singlets!!

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUICIDE

On May 1, 1947, Evelyn McHale leapt to her death from the observation deck of the Empire State Building. Photographer Robert Wiles took a photo of McHale a few minutes after her death.

The photo ran a couple of weeks later in Life magazine accompanied by the following caption:

On May Day, just after leaving her fiancé, 23-year-old Evelyn McHale wrote a note. 'He is much better off without me ... I wouldn't make a good wife for anybody,' ... Then she crossed it out. She went to the observation platform of the Empire State Building. Through the mist she gazed at the street, 86 floors below. Then she jumped. In her desperate determination she leaped clear of the setbacks and hit a United Nations limousine parked at the curb. Across the street photography student Robert Wiles heard an explosive crash. Just four minutes after Evelyn McHale's death Wiles got this picture of death's violence and its composure.

So tomorrow we will spend most of the day finalizing art for our new Summer 11 Range.
Also working on a new Singlet block for summer along with a few other little thingy bobs!!
