VIETNAMESE PORK ROLLS IN (WOONONA)

Ok so some of you out there may have heard of Hong Ha in Mascot. This is a wee little bakery that has become renowned for their Vietnamese rolls and if you rock up at the wrong time you can end up queuing for quite some time even with their 5-6 servers who are all throwing food into rolls at a phenomenal rate!!!

When will I get to Mascot to experience this Hong Ha Roll I hear you say.

Aaaarrrrrr well a little bakery on the Northen Beaches of Wollongong at Woonona circle has started selling similar rolls.
They are not quite a Hong Ha roll, but they hit the spot and relieve that craving you get for a Hong Ha...

So when you go there and the lady starts putting what looks like pate, coriander some sort of brown sauce and chillies on ya roll, just let her. It all blends together to create the most amazing fresh flavors!!!!
